How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days within the continental US. We ship from US warehouses in New Jersey, California, and Texas; the warehouse closest to your address handles the fulfillment.
What’s your return policy?
Sixty-day risk-free returns on every order. No restocking fee, no questionnaire. If you change your mind, send it back within 60 days and we’ll refund the full amount.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure checkout.
Where do you ship?
Continental United States only at this time. We don’t yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories — we’re working on it.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get an email confirmation right after checkout, then a second email with a tracking link the moment your order leaves the warehouse. You can also track from your account page.
Are products covered by a warranty?
Yes — every product carries the manufacturer’s standard one-year warranty against defects, plus a 60-day Huckmoss guarantee on top. If something fails in the first year, email support@huckmoss.com with your order number.
Is the MagSafe Dock compatible with my phone?
It’s designed for iPhone 12 and later (every iPhone with built-in MagSafe). It will also charge any Qi-compatible phone wirelessly, though you won’t get the magnetic alignment.
Can I cancel or modify an order?
Within one hour of placing your order, yes — email support@huckmoss.com with your order number. After that the warehouse has usually picked the unit and we can no longer pull it back.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
For five units or more, yes — email support@huckmoss.com with the SKU and quantity and we’ll send a quote.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Free replacement on us. Email support@huckmoss.com within seven days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number; we ship a replacement the same business day.
