Where We Ship
- 48 contiguous United States — yes.
- We do NOT currently ship to Kansas, Pennsylvania, Colorado, or Louisiana while we complete sales-tax registration.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories — case-by-case (we will contact you before processing).
- International — planned for phase 2.
Shipping Cost
- Free standard shipping on orders over $49.
- Under $49: flat rate $5.95.
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Carriers
USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground depending on destination and weight.
Delivery Time
Most orders ship from US warehouses in 5–7 business days end-to-end:
- Order placed before 2 PM ET on a business day: dispatched same day.
- Order placed after 2 PM ET or on weekends: dispatched next business day.
- You will receive an email with a tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch.
If We Cannot Ship in Time
If we cannot ship within the stated time we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund, consistent with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435).
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Marked delivered but missing: email support@huckmoss.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Damaged in transit: send a photo to support@huckmoss.com within 5 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
