60-Day Returns
Not the right fit? Send it back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

To start a return, email support@huckmoss.com with your order number. We will send a prepaid US shipping label within one business day.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Final-sale items, custom-printed items, and personal-care goods cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order on arrival. If it is damaged or defective, photograph the item and email support@huckmoss.com within 5 days of delivery. We will replace it or issue a full refund (your choice), shipping included.

Lost or Missing Packages
If a tracking number shows "delivered" but the package is missing, email us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Bank processing typically takes 3–5 business days after we issue the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order. We will refund the original purchase as soon as the return is received.
