These Terms of Service govern your use of huckmoss.com and any purchase you make from Huckmoss LLC ("Huckmoss", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Eligibility
By agreeing to these terms you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence and may legally enter into binding contracts.

Orders & Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if pricing or product information is incorrect, even after a confirmation email is sent — in that case we will refund you in full.

Shipping
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Kansas, Pennsylvania, Colorado, or Louisiana while we complete sales-tax registration in those states. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are case-by-case (we will contact you before processing).

Most orders ship from US warehouses in 5–7 business days end-to-end. If we cannot ship within the stated time we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund, consistent with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435).

Returns
Items may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions in our Shipping & Returns / Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these terms.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site (logo, copy, photography, video) is the property of Huckmoss LLC or our suppliers, used under license. Personal use only — no scraping, republication or commercial reuse without prior written consent.

AI-Assisted Content Disclosure
Some imagery, copy and creative on this site is generated with the assistance of AI tools. We label AI-generated imagery in compliance with Meta and TikTok policies. We do not use synthetic likenesses of real people in our creative.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt to access non-public areas, or use the site to send unsolicited communications. We may suspend access without notice if we detect abuse.

User Comments and Submissions
If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use them in any medium without compensation.

Disclaimers
Products are provided "as is". We make no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is required by applicable consumer-protection law (which may not be waived).

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huckmoss's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Huckmoss is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

Severability
If any provision of these terms is held unlawful, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The latest version is always available at huckmoss.com/terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
